As we approach our ninth year of business, Verbal Ink has been a pacesetter in the transcription industry. We were one of the first companies that made a conscious choice to keep all of our work here in the US. As many of our competitors took notice, they actually started to do the same. While there are still plenty of companies that do not disclose where their work is performed, we're thankful to have done this from day one. We think transparency is a great thing for any business. 

We've also simplified the pricing structure. Most companies years ago used to charge a rate per word which resulted in clients never knowing what their final bill would be. We found this to be an outdated methodology that actually increased clients' levels of uncertainty instead of making the process as easy as it could be. So we simplified pricing and have continued to do so over the years to make it as easy as possible for our clients.
